PSI pays 95% of the health, dental and vision premium costs for employees and their dependents or qualified domestic partners.
Each PSI employee is eligible for 15 days of vacation, 11 holidays, and 7 days of sick leave per year. Employees begin to accrue leave immediately on their date of hire. For each year of service, the employee gains an additional day of vacation per year (capped at 25 days per year).
Employees receive life insurance coverage, as well as short- and long-term disability coverage.
Employees are eligible to participate in a 403(b)(7) Voluntary Retirement Savings Plan from date of hire.
After one year of consecutive service, employees begin to benefit from a generous pension plan to which PSI contributes on a yearly basis.
PSI will reimburse employees for 50% of their health club membership fees, up to a maximum of $500 per year.
From their date of hire, employees may enroll in commuter benefits, allowing them to use pre-tax dollars to pay for their commuting expenses to and from work.
Employees may enroll in payroll deduction plans to pay for health care and/or dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.
PSI will help pay for approved programs designed to assist employees who wish to quit smoking.

Overseas employees may receive additional benefits, such as post allowance, post differential, housing and educational allowances, R&R, and home leave.
