Amy Ratcliffe

Before coming to PSI, Amy was part of the Impact Planning and Improvement team at The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, working to establish standards and facilitate measurement of the foundation's investments and portfolios in Global Health. Amy also led the monitoring and evaluation of the US President's Malaria Initiative from the Malaria Branch at CDC from 2006-2008. Amy has experience with a wide range of methodologies for program evaluation, surveillance, and effectiveness or efficacy studies. Drawing from these experiences, she values pragmatic and purpose-driven approaches to measurement. Amy attended DePauw University as an undergraduate. After Peace Corps in Fiji, she completed her master's and doctorate degrees at the Harvard School of Public Health.
