Barbara Kramer provides administrative support to Research & Metrics staff worldwide and to Innovations. From 1991 to 1999 Barbara worked with PSI’s former President, Richard Frank. After that she was Senior Executive Assistant to the President of CNFA, a non-profit organization in the agricultural field. Prior to returning to PSI, Barbara worked as Office Manager of the Warrenton, Virginia office of Bury&Partners, Inc., a civil engineering firm with headquarters in Austin, Texas.
