When Florah Marope found out she was HIV positive, she changed her life. She learned about "positive living" from a counselor and changed everything about the way she lived: she started eating healthy foods, she stopped having unprotected sex, and she made a decision to never have more than one partner in her life at a time. But she didn't stop there. She soon became the leader of a support group that, today, has 12 members. “Some of the members of my group struggle with accepting their status," explains Florah, who is now 40 years old.
