Peter Clancy is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of PSI. He has been the COO since 2000. In addition to being COO, Peter has, at various times in his PSI career, served as Acting Chief Executive Officer, Acting Chief Financial Officer, Director of AIDSMark, Regional Director for Nigeria, Uganda, West and Central Africa, Latin American and Asia. He has also served as Director of New Business Development. Peter started his career at PSI in the field; he was the Country Representative in Cote d'Ivoire and then in Nigeria in the early-mid 1990s. Peter is a former Peace Corps Volunteer (Senegal) and has a Master of International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Affairs from Georgetown University.
