Gary Mundy oversees PSI’s research activities in Cambodia, China, Laos, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, Thailand, and Vietnam. Gary joined PSI from the BBC World Service Trust, where he held a regional research role for their projects across sub-Saharan Africa. Before this, Gary worked in a variety of policy evaluation posts in the UK Government Social Research Service. He has a degree in Sociology and a Masters in Social Sciences, both from institutions in the UK. He has authored and co-authored a number of journal articles, papers and book chapters on a wide range of social policy and development issues.
