In 2012, with funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, we launched 3SI: Supporting Sustainable Sanitation Improvements in Bihar, India. Together with our partners, PSI generates both supply and demand by working with toilet producers, service providers, finance organizations, the public sector, the private sector and the government.
