Abstract: The purpose of this study is to assess the level of sexual activity, condom use, abstinence and determinants of condom use among youth aged 15 – 24 in Monrovia city, in order to provide evidence for the design and monitoring of PSI Liberia's HIV prevention program. The results are presented following the PSI behavior change framework focusing on the opportunity, ability, and motivation (OAM) factors associated with consistent condom use among sexually active youths in Monrovia, Liberia.
