Abstract: PSI/Malawi is engaged in behavior change communication (BCC) programs such as "Youth Alert!", targeting 10-24 year olds, and targeted outreach communication (TOC) programs, targeting 15-24 years olds. This TRaC study evaluates the effectiveness of these BCC programs by monitoring partner reduction, delay of sexual debut, and condom use among youth over time.
