Abstract: In 2008 Population Services International (PSI) Swaziland conducted a household survey designed to investigate the following behaviors: abstinence, condom use, partner reduction, and voluntary counseling and testing uptake among males and females aged 15-24. The main objective of the study is to measure the behavioural impact of PSI’s VCT and condom interventions with the intention of generating programmatic recommendations to guide future marketing and communication campaigns.
