Abstract: To enable PSI to identify key drivers and inhibitors of abstinence, PSI Uganda conducted a baseline survey among young people aged 15-24 aimed at identifying significant associations between abstinence and related perceptions categorized in terms opportunity, ability and motivation. The study also sought to establish the levels of abstinence and related perceptions of opportunity, ability and motivation.
