Abstract: In September 2007, PSI in collaboration the Ministry of Health Department of Reproductive Health(DRH) developed an integrated campaign dubbed Tulia (literally translated to “relax” or “take heart”) to increase awareness of EC among women 18-30 years. This report monitors and evaluates two years of the Tulia campaign to determine the effects of exposure on EC use.
