Ruth Garfinkel

As a Research Fellow, Ruth Garfinkel provides technical assistance to PSI's research activities in Somaliland. Ruth has been with PSI since July 2004, first working in Washington both as a part of the Research Division, and then providing global program support in PSI's HIV department. She earned a BA in International Affairs with a concentration in International Development Studies from the George Washington University.
