As the vice president for the West and Central Africa region at PSI. Moussa has over 30 years of leadership and management experience in the commercial development sectors.
During his time at PSI, he has served as country representative in Cameroon, Haiti and Guyana, and as regional technical advisor and program manager with the West and Central Africa region. He has also worked for CARE (Washington, DC) as deputy director of the global HIV Initiative project.
Moussa earned a degree in management, marketing and economics, and has held senior management positions in the commercial and private sectors. He holds seats in several African organizations and has worked on short and long-term assignments in Africa, America and Asia. Moussa is fluent in French and English, and proficient in Spanish and Arabic.
