PSI’s safe abortion work remains separate from US Government funding due to long-standing US laws and regulations. No programs implemented by PSI with funding from PEPFAR (The U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief) or USAID (United States Agency for International Development) or any other US Government entity include abortion services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
