Having assessed the current behavior of your target segment and state of the market around a particular health need, you will now create a plan and timeline for how your organization and other market actors can intervene to address the key constraints and opportunities, moving the market toward a desired future state by\u00a0deciding which market actors are best positioned to improve different functions across the market.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For Decide phase activities, you should use the evidence collected during the Diagnose phase. No additional research should be required.<\/em><\/p>\n

1. Outline your future vision for sustainability and set strategic priorities. <\/b>Identify where your organization will play in the market, and who will perform and finance other key market activities during and after the program. Set strategic priorities that will take you from the present state of the market to the future, sustainable state.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Identify your intervention objectives and set metrics. <\/strong>With strategic objectives defined, set intervention objectives and the right metrics to track your programs\u2019 progress towards achieving its goals. Start your Theory of Change by identifying your Primary Outcomes and Objectives.<\/span><\/p>\n
