By now you have designed an intervention program to address a specific constraint or opportunity in the market related to your target consumer\u2019s health need.\u00a0 You also conducted research and analysis to inform your intervention design, and ensure that it will promote a healthy, sustainable market and make it easier for the target consumer to adopt the desired behavior, product or service.<\/p>

Now it is time to implement!\u00a0 In this last phase of the Keystone Design Framework, you will prepare for implementation and pass responsibility for the intervention to your implementation teams.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Finalize your theory of change and logframe. <\/strong>Complete your intervention\u2019s Theory of Change utilizing the inputs acquired from all previous Keystone Phases. Prepare a logframe to logically explain how your intervention is designed to meet your strategic priorities and objectives.<\/p>

2. Develop an approach to tracking and adaptation. <\/strong>Identify the best indicators to track the progress of your intervention through a Data to Action Framework.<\/p>

3. Develop your workplan and budget. <\/strong>Translate your program into a workplan and budget so that your implementation team can take it to the field.<\/p>

4. Capture and share knowledge. <\/strong>Learn how to conduct a retrospective meeting and capture your programs knowledge to share with your broader organization or community of practice.<\/p>
