Ce mod\u00e8le a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 au cours de l'une des premi\u00e8res activit\u00e9s critiques du projet : un atelier de co-conception de quatre jours au niveau national qui s'est tenu du 9 au 12 novembre 2021 \u00e0 Grand Popo. L'atelier a r\u00e9uni des repr\u00e9sentants du Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 du B\u00e9nin (y compris des repr\u00e9sentants de la lutte contre le paludisme, du PEV, de la sant\u00e9 publique et du syst\u00e8me d'information sanitaire), du Conseil national de lutte contre le SIDA, la tuberculose, le paludisme et d'autres maladies \u00e0 potentiel \u00e9pid\u00e9mique, des organisations des Nations Unies OMS et UNICEF, un repr\u00e9sentant de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 b\u00e9ninoise de p\u00e9diatrie, des organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile (SIAN'SON et SIDACTION) et le Directeur des services de sant\u00e9 de la zone (Bohicon-Zogbodomey-Zakpota). \n\u202f \nLe mod\u00e8le \u00e0 8 contacts choisi utilise les vaccins de routine du PEV, y compris la vitamine A, et sera d\u00e9livr\u00e9 dans les formations sanitaires. Les 8 contacts sont pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 10 semaines, 14 semaines, 6 mois, 9 mois, 12 mois, 15 mois, 18 mois et 24 mois (voir ci-dessous), bien que la deuxi\u00e8me dose de rougeole ne soit pas encore d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e au B\u00e9nin. Suite \u00e0 la co-conception, le projet a travaill\u00e9 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec le PNLP et le PEV pour adapter les outils de collecte de donn\u00e9es existants afin d'inclure les indicateurs de routine du suivi et de l'\u00e9valuation pour la CPP.
