McGovern, PSI et Babylon se sont associ\u00e9s pour piloter l'AIOI au Vietnam. En combinant le v\u00e9rificateur de sympt\u00f4mes par IA de Babylon et l'outil de localisation des prestataires de sant\u00e9 de PSI, cette solution de sant\u00e9 num\u00e9rique analyse les sympt\u00f4mes, recommande le niveau de soins appropri\u00e9 et les oriente vers les prestataires de sant\u00e9 de leur r\u00e9gion. L'objectif principal est d'aider les personnes issues de communaut\u00e9s \u00e0 faibles revenus \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions \u00e9clair\u00e9es concernant leur sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 naviguer efficacement dans le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9, tout en r\u00e9duisant la charge qui p\u00e8se sur le personnel de sant\u00e9. Ce service gratuit, accessible 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7, permet aux personnes concern\u00e9es de gagner du temps et d'\u00e9viter des pertes de revenus li\u00e9es \u00e0 des arr\u00eats de travail ou \u00e0 des d\u00e9penses inutiles. Dans le cadre de son partenariat mondial avec Meta, l'ISP a lanc\u00e9 une campagne num\u00e9rique pour mettre ce produit innovant entre les mains des Vietnamiens. \u00c0 la fin du mois de juin 2023 (au cours des neuf mois qui ont suivi le lancement du produit), 210 000 personnes avaient acc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la plateforme AIOI ; 2,4 000 personnes avaient cr\u00e9\u00e9 un compte personnel sur le site web d'AIOI, 4,8 000 avaient effectu\u00e9 un triage sur Symptom Checker et 2,2 000 personnes avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en relation avec des \u00e9tablissements de PSI\u2019s health provider locator tool captures real-time, quality data that supports health systems to plan, monitor and respond to consumer and provider needs. But for this data to be effective and useable, it needs to be available across the health system. Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) standard provides a common, open standard that enables this data exchange.\n\nPSI\u2019s first consumer-facing implementation of FHIR was launched in September 2022 as part of the Babylon Symptom Checker project in Vietnam, enabling rapid alignment between PSI and Babylon\u2019s FHIR-enabled client records systems. PSI already has several other consumer health FHIR implementations under active development in 2023, including PSI\u2019s collaboration with the Kenya MOH to launch a FHIR-enabled WhatsApp national health line for COVID-19 health information. PSI will also look to adopt and scale health workforce-facing FHIR-enabled tools, such as OpenSRP2, which will be piloted in an SRH-HIV prevention project in eSwatini in partnership with Ona by the
