She manages and oversees the Program Support Division and the Finance &amp; Contracts Division. Before joining, Ms. Htun worked in the private sector and for the United Nations. She has a master\u2019s degree in development studies from the Yangon Institute of Economics, a bachelor\u2019s degree in physics from Yangon University and a diploma in civil engineering from the Government Technical Institute of Yangon.
