Pierre has led programs on HIV prevention among key populations in Ethiopia and Angola, Integrated Health social marketing programs in Tanzania and Angola and a regional program on increasing national government coordination and investment in reproductive health supplies in Ghana, Tanzania and Uganda.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pierre has published writings on social franchising, family planning in Universal Health Coverage, advocacy for reproductive health supplies, HIV prevention for key populations and the challenges of development NGO regulation in low income countries. Pierre has been involved in numerous global and national partnerships, including programs in support of the Reproductive Health Supplies Coalition and partnering on global initiatives. <\/p>\n<p>He holds a Master in Public Health from the University of Manchester in United Kingdom and a Bachelor in Social Psychology from the University of Sussex.
