Her experience includes designing and managing national family planning programs, adolescent-friendly reproductive health programs and programs addressing maternal health.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Balaba is a skilled researcher and has co-authored papers in peer-reviewed journals and has presented at several national and international conferences. She is a recipient of the International AIDS Society (IAS) ANRS award 2006.
