Contraceptive self-care methods such as DMPA-SC self-inject (SI) can place greater control in women\u2019s hands by offering them a discreet, convenient method to use when and where they choose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The DISC project has created a buzz around SI through the Discover Your Power Campaign \u2013 a digital campaign targeting women of reproductive age in Uganda and Nigeria that reached over 248 million people with SI education messaging.
