The website, located at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dialogueproject.org\/\" target='_blank'>www.dialogueproject.org<\/a> serves to increase the awareness and transparency of the USAID Dialogue on HIV and TB Project\u2019s goals, activities and achievements in the Central Asian region. The website can be viewed in both English and Russian languages.<\/p>\n<p>Highlights of the website include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preview of training materials;<\/li>\n<li>A calendar of upcoming events;<\/li>\n<li>News stories of recent events;<\/li>\n<li>A snapshot of the project\u2019s achievements;<\/li>\n<li>User friendly research data; and<\/li>\n<li>Performance and research reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The website\u2019s resources comprise training materials for such stakeholders as implementers of health programs, service providers, partners, academics and the community. The \u201cNews and Activities\u201d section encourages visitors of the website to find out about the regular events, which take place in the five countries where the Project operates. It is worth mentioning that the Project places great emphasis on measuring health impact of all interventions undertaken. For this reason website visitors with a keen interest in research findings are invited to visit the \u201cMonitoring and Evaluation\u201d section, where they can learn about results obtained from measuring target groups\u2019 behavioral change over time.<\/p>\n<p>The USAID Dialogue on HIV and TB Project is a five-year program aimed at reducing the spread of HIV and tuberculosis (TB) in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan through improving health behaviors among most-at-risk populations. The Project provides technical assistance, training, and direct outreach services to increase access to quality HIV and TB prevention and treatment services among six most at-risk populations: sex workers, injecting drug users, men having sex with men, people living with HIV, prisoners and migrants.
