Similar ambitious and hopeful statements are being made right now at the United Nations as the <a href=\"http:\/\/sustainabledevelopment.un.org\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Sustainable Development Goal<\/a> process moves forward. But this is a specific target. This is Laura Razaka&#8217;s hope for the communities that she serves over the coming year. And it can be realised.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.blueventures.org\/community-health-team\/laura-razaka-faranarindra.html\" target=\"_blank\">Laura<\/a> is a 25 year-old Malagasy midwife who works in rural southwest Madagascar for marine conservation organisation <a href=\"http:\/\/blueventures.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Blue Ventures<\/a>.
