{"id":6305,"date":"2015-02-15T20:04:18","date_gmt":"2015-02-15T20:04:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psi2030.wpengine.com\/?p=6305"},"modified":"2018-05-22T22:22:51","modified_gmt":"2018-05-22T22:22:51","slug":"global-fund-supports-png-health-programs-with-50-million","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.psi.org\/pt\/news\/global-fund-supports-png-health-programs-with-50-million\/","title":{"rendered":"Global Fund Supports PNG Health Programs With $50 Million"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\"><i>Grants to fight malaria, TB, and strengthen health systems<\/i><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\">PORT MORESBY, Papua New Guinea (PNG Post-Courier, Feb. 16, 2015) \u2013 The Global Fund has continued its support to health programs in Papua New Guinean by signing three new grant agreements worth US$50 million to the end of 2017 for Malaria, Tuberculosis and Health System Strengthening.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\">Lady Roslyn Morauta, Chairperson of the Papua New Guinea Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) for the Global Fund, said today that she was delighted that the Global Fund had continued its support.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\">Since 2004, the Global Fund has approved grants for PNG worth US$187 million.
