Investing in women and adolescent girls for our common future has never been more important. And yet health systems are not always able to support their comprehensive reproductive and maternal health needs.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We\u2019re building on 55+ years of experience and partnership to advance women\u2019s health \u2013 from voluntary family planning to critical, but often neglected components of reproductive and maternal healthcare.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Along with our partners, we instill policies and practices to safeguard access to quality, person-centered reproductive and maternal healthcare even in the event of climate-related shocks and other disruptions. This work is grounded in strategic partnerships with governments, the private sector, communities, individuals, and other key stakeholders to innovate and scale person-centered solutions to meet the diverse needs of people, wherever and whenever they need care.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

We take a holistic approach to quality of care<\/a> designed around principles of respect<\/span> and <\/span>tailored support that leads to a positive experience and improved health outcomes. Self-care interventions reduce stress on health systems. <\/span>We specialize in understanding the challenges of self-care solutions and <\/span><\/span>build coalitions<\/span><\/span><\/a> to systematically increase their acceptance and uptake. <\/span>Our strategic partnerships with governments and stakeholders help to operationalize self-care frameworks that complement health systems, scale self-care methods like <\/span><\/span>self-inject contraception<\/span><\/span><\/a> to improve people\u2019s health autonomy, and support self-care as an avenue to help achieve Universal Health Coverage. \u202f<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span> \u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Through public-private partnerships and government <\/span>collaboration<\/span>, we <\/span>catalyze scale in health workforce delivery of care<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>PSI strengthen the health workforce <\/span>through<\/span> the development of protocols, <\/span>training design and delivery<\/span>, <\/span>quality-of-care and <\/span>supportive supervision<\/span> approaches<\/span>, and <\/span><\/span>digital<\/span><\/span><\/a> tools that enhance providers\u2019 skills, <\/span>equipping them to <\/span>deliver client-centered care across diverse healthcare settings.<\/span> We strengthen provider <\/span>capacity<\/span> to deliver healthcare for women<\/span> and <\/span>adolescent <\/span>girls<\/span>, addressing menstruation, cervical cancer, reproductive <\/span>and post-partum <\/span>health, and <\/span>linkages to child <\/span>health<\/span>care<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

This is an era of <\/span>incredible<\/span> innovation \u2013 with <\/span><\/span>new <\/span><\/span>contraceptive technologies<\/span><\/span><\/a>,<\/span> women\u2019s health diagnostics,<\/span> telehealth, and e-commerce platforms in the pipeline. <\/span>We are taking these innovations <\/span>from idea <\/span>to market by <\/span>leveraging<\/span> our partnerships with governments, donors, commercial partners, and research and development organizations. Catalyzing change is a challenge, but when we embrace digital technology and <\/span>health <\/span>innovation to strengthen every level of the health system, we can connect people with the quality care they want and need.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We partner with individuals, communities, civil <\/span>society<\/span> and public and private sector actors to forge a path towards locally owned and sustainable health solutions. Client and provider insights make our services more respectful, <\/span>responsive<\/span> and stigma-free and our technical experts use human-<\/span>centered<\/span> design principles to build <\/span>new approaches<\/span> to healthcare alongside consumers from around the world.
