No final de 2022, com financiamento da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Patrick J. McGovern, PSI e Babylon fizeram uma parceria para pilotar AIOI no Vietn\u00e3. Ao combinar o verificador de sintomas de IA da Babylon com a ferramenta de localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de provedores de sa\u00fade da PSI, esta solu\u00e7\u00e3o de sa\u00fade digital analisa os sintomas, recomenda o n\u00edvel apropriado de atendimento e os aponta para provedores de sa\u00fade em sua \u00e1rea local. O principal objetivo \u00e9 ajudar as pessoas das comunidades com baixos rendimentos a tomar decis\u00f5es informadas sobre a sua sa\u00fade e a navegar eficazmente no sistema de sa\u00fade, reduzindo simultaneamente a carga sobre os profissionais de sa\u00fade. O servi\u00e7o gratuito 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, poupa tempo \u00e0s pessoas e a subsequente perda de rendimento por faltarem ao trabalho e por terem de pagar despesas diretas desnecess\u00e1rias. No \u00e2mbito da nossa parceria global com a Meta, a PSI lan\u00e7ou uma campanha digital para colocar este produto inovador nas m\u00e3os das pessoas no Vietname. At\u00e9 ao final de junho de 2023 (nos nove meses desde o lan\u00e7amento do produto), 210 mil pessoas acederam \u00e0 plataforma AIOI; 2,4 mil pessoas criaram contas pessoais no s\u00edtio Web da AIOI, 4,8 mil fizeram triagens no Symptom Checker e 2,2 mil ligaram as pessoas a unidades de sa\u00fade.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\t\t\t\tBabylon\u2019s AI symptom checker and PSI\u2019s health provider locator tool captures real-time, quality data that supports health systems to plan, monitor and respond to consumer and provider needs. But for this data to be effective and useable, it needs to be available across the health system. Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) standard provides a common, open standard that enables this data exchange.\n\nPSI\u2019s first consumer-facing implementation of FHIR was launched in September 2022 as part of the Babylon Symptom Checker project in Vietnam, enabling rapid alignment between PSI and Babylon\u2019s FHIR-enabled client records systems. PSI already has several other consumer health FHIR implementations under active development in 2023, including PSI\u2019s collaboration with the Kenya MOH to launch a FHIR-enabled WhatsApp national health line for COVID-19 health information. PSI will also look to adopt and scale health workforce-facing FHIR-enabled tools, such as OpenSRP2, which will be piloted in an SRH-HIV prevention project in eSwatini in partnership with Ona by the end of 2023.\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
