The perspectives in this white paper are based on publicly available information created as part of the \u201cSupporting Sustainable Sanitation Improvements\u201d (3SI) project in Bihar, supplemented by further research on sub-INR 10,000 (USD 200) sanitation options and the roles of microfinance institutions (MFIs) and key support organizations.
