He is a researcher, governance, health systems and program management specialist whose career has spanned over sixteen years serving in a variety of positions that range from Medical Officer, Liaison Officer, Technical Specialist, Program Manager\/State Coordinator and Deputy Chief of Party in both Government and Non-Government health sectors within and outside Nigeria. The larger fraction of his career has been spent managing sexual and reproductive health and Rights, as well as TB, HIV\/AIDS and health systems programs.
