This report summarizes the results of a formative research study on the role of couple communication in family planning within the context of child marriages in Zambia. The study was designed to help inform service delivery and social and behavioral change communication interventions to improve couple communication and increase male support for voluntary family planning, with a focus on men who have married adolescent girls.
