
Amy LaTrielle serves as Director of Global Fund Coordination and is responsible for coordinating Global Fund grant monies funding large swaths of the organization’s diverse health operations worldwide. She has over 20 years’ experience managing all aspects of complex international health programs, including operations, strategic planning, finance, budget management, program implementation, grants and contracts and procurement.
As Deputy Regional Director for West and Central Africa at PSI, she provided strategic leadership and operational and financial direction to 11 country-based platforms across one of PSI’s most strategically important regions in terms of revenue generation and health impact. She led over 750 regional staff and managed project awards exceeding $560 million in family planning, HIV/ AIDS, malaria, sanitation and Ebola emergency response. Prior to that role, she served as PSI’s Deputy Country Representative in Nepal, where she was responsible for the managerial oversight of a complex $40 million donor-funded operation.
Amy’s early-career highlights include overseeing the development and marketing of a market-based water purification product, WaterGuard, in Nigeria and serving as a water and health volunteer with Peace Corps in Mali, West Africa.
