Kathryn A. Forbes has been Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer at Electric Applications Incorporated since 2010. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer at the Electric Transportation Engineering Corporation, Senior Vice President and Western Operations Manager at the Bank One Services Corporation, Senior Vice President and Auditor of the Valley National Bank, and Vice President and Controller for Arizona Public Service Company.

Ms. Forbes is also a board member at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.

She has a B. S. in Accounting from Arizona State University and a Graduate Certificate in Banking from the University of Delaware Stonier School of Banking.
