Claire B. Cole is PSI’s Senior Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) Technical Advisor for Implementation Science & Learning. Ms. Cole supports PSI’s country teams to leverage strategic learning, collaboration and adaptive management for continuous quality improvement in their SRH projects and programs. As part of this role, Ms. Cole provides direct assistance to the Adolescents 360 project, one of PSI’s flagship adolescent SRH projects, as well as an array of other contraceptive service delivery and SRH innovation projects.
Prior to her tenure at PSI, Ms. Cole has worked as an independent consultant, as a technical advisor at Pathfinder International and as HIV prevention and scale-up researcher and case writer at Harvard University. Ms. Cole is an advocate for youth, communities and health systems research for implementation quality improvement. She is a published author and holds a Masters of Public Health from the University of Washington, Seattle.
