PSI Niger

Rose is an internationally focused public health practitioner with extensive experience in francophone West Africa. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a Master’s degree in Public Health, Communications and Marketing from George Washington University. She possesses expertise in management, new business development, program implementation, and strategic planning. She has managed projects with a wide range of health areas including sexual and reproductive health, safe abortion advocacy, malaria prevention and treatment, FGM behavior change, Ebola prevention, and HIV prevention and testing. Projects were funded by a wide range of donors, including OFDA, KfW, UNICEF, UN Women, SIFPO, USAID, US Department of State, US Department of Defense, the President’s Malaria Initiative, and Global Fund.
