Mark provides overall leadership, strategic direction and management oversight to the institution and foundation proposal process at PSI. This entails scanning for new business development opportunities, designing and managing the proposal development process (from the identification, qualification and resourcing of potential procurements), leading the proposal preparation and submission process and serving as the primary point of contact with potential donors through award. He manages a team of 12 highly competent professionals that helps PSI reach its revenue goals (typically in excess of $500M per annum) while expanding and diversifying PSI’s portfolio of donor relationships.
