As SRH technical advisor for the USAID-funded SIFPO2 project, Rebecca provides technical and country-level support to strengthen family planning programs and other health services through private sector channels. Her work focuses on health financing and total market approaches, and she supports the project’s work in introducing and scaling up injectable contraceptives.
In previous roles, Rebecca was the technical and managerial backstop for a $25M USAID-funded private health sector strengthening program in Uganda. She has supported HIV/AIDS, health financing, governance, and sexual & reproductive health advocacy initiatives at various global health organizations, as well as homeless service delivery improvements in Glasgow, UK. Rebecca holds a Master of Science in international and European politics from the University of Edinburgh.
