Dr. Ando Tiana Raobelison is a public health specialist with over 20 years of experience in the areas of health system strengthening, maternal and child health, reproductive health and family planning, sanitation and hygiene, and infectious disease control including malaria. Dr. Raobelison is a medical doctor by training with competency in Tropical Medicine, Health Diplomacy in Humanitarian Situation and in Health Economics.

Dr. Raobelison used to be PSI Madagascar’s Program Manager between 1997 to 2007 during which she led family planning and reproductive health and water, sanitation and hygiene programs and spearheaded the launch of nine social marketing products. Later, Dr. Raobelison joined the PSI Regional Technical Services Offices in Kenya for three years as maternal, newborn and child health Technical Advisor. Dr. Raobelison has been PSI Benin’s Deputy Country Representative since 2019.
