As project manager for non-communicable diseases (NCDs), Cat provides technical and programmatic support to PSI’s network members and other technical teams in cervical cancer, diabetes, and hypertension. Cat also represents PSI on NCD advocacy platforms addressing both U.S. and global health policy.
Prior to joining PSI in April 2017, Cat provided project management, technical, and advocacy assistance as part of the NCD program at PATH. She previously lived in Myanmar where she served as a consultant with PSI/Myanmar on NCD activities, and worked with the NCD Alliance in New York to influence health-related UN processes, including the 2014 UN NCD Review and formation of the Sustainable Development Goals.
Cat holds a Master’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition and a Bachelor’s of Music from New York University. She is a registered dietitian (RD) and concentrated her clinical rotations on patients with HIV/AIDS and histories of substance abuse and mental illness.
