SFH Zambia (Independent Network Member of PSI)

Gina Smith has over a decade of project management experience in implementing international public health projects in Africa addressing HIV/AIDS, Reproductive Health, and Mother to Child Health (MCH). She has a background working with university research facilities, developing evidence-based Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) materials. In addition, Ms. Smith is a leader in change management, developing operational standards and guidelines, as well as executing processes that achieve sustainable performance improvements. Ms. Smith holds a Master’s in Public Health obtained at the Tulane University School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine. She joined PSI in 2006 working in West & Central Africa before joining SFH Zambia in June 2015.
