Chief of Staff

PSI Global

As Chief of Staff at PSI, Julia manages the Executive Office and supports Executive Team coordination. She serves as liaison to the Board of Directors, oversees the President’s external engagements, supports internal communications, and leads special projects.

Prior to PSI, Julia was Chief of Staff and Secretary to the Board at the International Center for Research on Women. Previously she’s worked at Amnesty International as the women’s human rights policy advocate and on Capitol Hill in the office of Congressman Peter Welch as Legislative Assistant and Scheduling Director.

Julia holds a master’s degree in gender, policy and inequalities from the London School of Economics and bachelors degrees in political science and English from the University of Vermont.
