As regional monitoring and evaluation advisor for East Africa, Wycliffe provides leadership, technical assistance and capacity building support for routine monitoring, to support the generation and use of evidence in multiple PSI programs in nine countries in the East Africa region.
Wycliffe began his career implementing malaria, HIV and reproductive health programs. He switched to monitoring and evaluation (M&E) 11 years ago and has been working on the design and implementation of routine monitoring strategies and systems, as well as in providing technical and capacity building support for routine monitoring. Wycliffe joined PSI in 2013 after working at PSI/Kenya since 2011. Prior to joining PSI, he worked for a number of NGOs, including AED (now FHI360) and IntraHealth. Wycliffe has a Master in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
