As deputy director for research, Jennifer provides technical, capacity building, and management support to regional evidence teams operating throughout PSI platforms, globally. She supports strategic research initiatives, such as segmentation studies, data collection using mobile devices, and market landscaping, among others.
Previously, Jennifer was a technical and research adviser for PSI in Mozambique and Angola, and a research intern at PSI/Zimbabwe.
Prior to PSI, Jennifer has worked with UNICEF, MEASURE, and as a consultant for Tulane University. She has provided support globally for the development of research teams, building technical capacity, innovative research, and quality improvement for research.
Jennifer has a doctorate, master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Tulane University, where she studied international health and development. She has published in multiple academic and research venues, and is trained in STATA and SPSS. She is also fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese. Jennifer is based in Guatemala City.
