IDEO.org partnered with PSI to apply human-centered design to engage and promote the dialogue among young men working in the informal sector and their partners about contraception and family planning. A lit review, plus field discovery research, complemented the Inspiration phase of the process, leading into important insights associated to beliefs, desires and aspirations of young men regarding their sexuality. 8 important insights and 4 behavioral archetypes provided the basis to prototype a social media-led approach that initiates dialogue on sexuality and gender equity with the target audience.
