Transform/PHARE was a five-year USAID-funded project that used evidence based social and behavior change communication (SBCC) strategies to develop and test innovative prototypes to address barriers to modern family planning (FP) use, transform attitudes about reproductive health, and promote FP in four francophone West African countries (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cote d’Ivoire, Niger). PHARE developed a series of process and technical briefs capturing the successes and failures over the project’s lifespan and presenting considerations for application in future SRH social behavior change (SBC) programs. The ten briefs are available in French and English.
